  1. I have days like that … I recommend Sainsbury’s BGTY cereal bars. They’re low-fat, high-fibre but actually TASTY! The maple flavour ones are especially good with a cuppa. I am quite obsessed with them, in case you can’t tell.

  2. Don’t let yourself fall off the wagon after you’ve been so strong in working out, regularly! But, oh so true!
