		<description>Best of luck! Plenty of those seem to tie together well (eg. getting up earlier and watching less TV fit well with having more time to write, exercise and develop new skills).

Have you got specific targets for some of them? (How much TV/coffee is less? Does 10 words count as &quot;writing&quot; for the day? What waking-up time counts as earlier?) Speaking from personal experience, I find I need to set myself something that can be measured, or it just starts getting wooly and vague and it&#039;s easy to fool myself!
